It's easy to get your package:
1. Make sure you have access to a printer.
You will need to print out your voucher at the end of the transaction.
2. Enable JavaScript and cookies within your browser and turn off any pop-up blockers.
3. Select a package from the choices above and download the PDF.
Click on the package. Open the PDF and read the important information about each attraction's hours of operation.
4. Order your ticket package.

. Or click on the icons at the top of this page. A new window will open. Scroll down to the "Current Specials" and choose one of the packages or any of our other seasonal offers.
5. Fill in the number of adult and/or child tickets.
Click "Next". Continue filling out the fields on the next two screens to complete your order.
6. Print your custom voucher(s).
Your computer will create your personalized voucher. Make sure your computer is connected to a printer. Click "Print".
PLEASE NOTE: our ticket personnel cannot duplicate or reproduce your voucher. You must print it prior to coming to the dock.
7. Redeem your voucher at the Arnold Mackinaw City or St. Ignace Reception Center.
Present the voucher at our ticket window to receive your package tickets. Then come aboard the next Arnold ferry and let your adventure begin!
Trouble printing your vouchers?
If you have trouble printing the voucher, don't worry. Within a few minutes of placing your order, we will e-mail a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided during the purchase process. It will have the information we need to verify your order at the ticket counter. Bring a printout of the confirmation e-mail to the Mackinaw City or St. Ignace Reception Center ticket window. The ticket seller will confirm you order and you'll soon be crossing the straits to start your island fun!
