Here are three convenient ways to get your tickets.
1. Order tickets and bike passes online to save time and money!
Planning your Mackinac Island adventure could not be faster or easier. Order your tickets online. You will save on every ticket. Its just $21 for each adult ticket and $11 for each child ticket. These savings apply only to online orders and we cannot combine them with other discount offers.
Our online ticket office is open 24 hours, 7 days a week! Please have your credit card ready (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Then fill in the online form, print out your boarding pass and present it at the Ticket Window at our Reception Centers in Mackinaw City and St. Ignace or at our dock on Mackinac Island.
2. Get your tickets at our Reception Centers no reservations needed! You may purchase your tickets at our Reception Centers in Mackinaw City and St. Ignace or at our Mackinac Island Dock. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the next scheduled departure. Arnold catamarans and classic ferries are the largest boats on the Straits so even during our busiest times, there's always room for you on the next ferry to Mackinac Island or back to your car. 3. Order by mail call ahead and bring your tickets with you! No need to wait in a ticket line (even for a short time) when you can arrive at the docks with pre-purchased tickets in hand. Call (800) 542-8528 to place your ticket order. Please have your credit card ready (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Please allow 2 weeks for your tickets to arrive by mail.
Do you plan on bicycling on the island? Bring your bike by ferry. We will safely transport your bicycles and bicycle carts to and from the island. But you need to purchase a bike pass for each one either online or at the Reception Center.
Or rent a bike on the island and save $1 with your Arnold ticket stub! Present your Arnold ferry ticket stub at Lakeside Bicycle Rental and save $1 off each bike rented. The bike shop is conveniently located on Arnold's Mackinac Island dock and offers a wide range of bikes for touring the island.

Ordering tickets online definitely saves money. But if you prefer to purchase your tickets at one of our Reception Centers, there are three ways to save. As with all of our special offers, we can honor only one discount per ticket and cannot combine coupons or offers to increase the discount. Please contact us if you have any questions.
1. Free child ticket. Buy two adult round trip tickets and receive a free child ticket. More info.
2. Show your AAA card. Present your membership card at any Arnold ticket counter or give us your membership number when you pre-purchase your tickets by telephone. You will save $3 on every adult ticket ($1 on every child's ticket).
3. Special offers. Look for ticket savings on specially marked products or other offers each season.
Commuter Tickets If you live or work on Mackinac Island, commuter tickets are available in 25- and 40-ride quantities. You must show proof of residence or employment on Mackinac Island at time of purchase and each time you board.
